Absolutely no issues making an appointment. The girl I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Made the booking easily and at a time that suited me. Everything was explained to me and any questions were answered. I got reminder texts beforehand and the process itself, which is a bit uncomfortable but totally fine, all went off without a hitch. Down to earth, straightforward, professional. Happy to recommend.
